Claude coaching is a live 1:1 online session for small business owners and office managers. You bring one real task you’re stuck on, we do it together in Claude, and you leave with it finished. Each session is 45 minutes and costs $150.

How it works:
- Your first paid Claude Coaching session or Claude Code Build Session is covered.
- Bring a task that fits in the session. We check this together when you book.
- If we do not finish it, you choose: a full refund, or a free second session to finish it.
- Ask within 7 days of the session. One promise per person. A missed session is not covered.

Your coach
I’m Brandon Norwood, a U.S. Air Force veteran and former military instructor. I use Claude every day to run my own small business. I teach the way I was trained to teach: one real task at a time, until you can do it yourself.
Questions people ask
- Which Claude plan do I need?
- Any plan works for most tasks. Some features, like Projects and Skills, depend on your plan. Tell me your plan when you book. I’ll say before the session if your task needs more.
- I’m on the free plan. Is that okay?
- Yes. We work with what you have. If a paid plan would save you time, I’ll tell you plainly and say what it costs. The choice is yours.
- Why does Claude forget what I told it last time?
- Each new chat starts fresh. In a session, we save your context in a Project or Skill so you stop explaining it again.
- Will I run into usage limits?
- Maybe, on busy days. I show you how to keep chats short and saved, so you use less.
- What about private business information?
- You work in your own Claude account and share your screen, so you choose what to open. For anything sensitive, we can start with a trimmed or pretend version. Then you finish the real one on your own.
- What can I bring?
- Any task you do again and again: emails, quotes, reports, notes, a price list, a checklist. See real builds for the kind of work that fits.
