Claude Setup is a service we do with you, for small businesses tired of explaining their business to Claude again. In three live online sessions over about two weeks, we choose your Claude plan and set the privacy settings. Then we build one business Project, three Skills and one connector. It costs $1,250. The first 5 clients pay $950. It starts with a free 15 minute call to scope the work.

Privacy and your data
Worried about client data? We set this up first, before any files go in. Every Claude plan has its own privacy and data settings, and they change from time to time. We read the current settings for your plan together and set them on purpose.

Questions people ask
- Which plan should I be on?
- That’s the first thing we decide together, based on how many people use Claude and what they need it for. You don’t need to buy anything before the scoping call.
- How does paying work?
- After the scoping call you get an invoice for the setup. Keep It Working is $175 a month and is separate. You can add it when setup is done.
- How long does it take?
- Three live sessions over about two weeks. Each session is online, and the work happens in your own Claude account.
- Do my staff need to be there?
- Only you for the first two sessions. Bring anyone who will use Claude to the last one, where we walk through the team guide.
- Can Claude see all my files?
- No. Claude sees what you give it: the chats, files and connected apps you choose. We go through that list together so you know exactly what it can reach.
