Every price is on this page. Claude coaching is $150 for 45 minutes. Claude Code Build Sessions are $375, after a free 15 minute fit check. Claude Setup is $1,250, and team training is $1,500 for 2 hours.

Policies, in plain words
- First session promise. Leave your first coaching or Build Session with finished work, or that session is free. Full terms on the Terms page.
- Rescheduling. Give at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed session, or one cancelled late, counts as used.
- Session packs. The coaching 3 session pack is used within 60 days of buying. First Tool sessions are used within 30 days.
- Setup and team training. A free 15 minute scoping call first, then an invoice. Nothing is due before the plan is agreed.
- Keep It Working. $175 a month, added after setup.
- Your Claude plan. Paid to Anthropic separately. It is not included in these prices.

- If you have one task to sort out, start with coaching. If you want your own tool, start with the free Claude Code fit check. For the whole business, start with setup. For a team, start with team training.
- Is there anything free?
- Yes. The 15 minute Claude Code fit check is free. So are the scoping calls for setup and team training, and the monthly Build It Live session.
- Do prices include the Claude plan?
- No. Your Claude plan is paid to Anthropic, separately. We help you choose the right one.
- How do I pay?
- Coaching, Build Sessions and First Tool are paid when you book. Setup and team training are invoiced after the scoping call.
