How reschedules, cancellations and refunds work for coaching, Build Sessions and team training.
Coaching and Build Sessions
Reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed session, or one cancelled late, counts as used.
- 3 session pack: use all three sessions within 60 days.
- First Tool: three 90 minute sessions, used within 30 days.
Our promise for your first session
Leave your first session with a finished piece of work, or that session is free.
How it works:
- Your first paid Claude Coaching session or Claude Code Build Session is covered.
- Bring a task that fits in the session. We check this together when you book.
- If we do not finish it, you choose: a full refund, or a free second session to finish it.
- Ask within 7 days of the session. One promise per person. A missed session is not covered.
Team training
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is invoiced after delivery.
Still to decide before this policy takes effect: notice periods for moving or cancelling team training, and terms for Setup, Keep It Working and workflow assessments.
